2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC will be converted into ‘EatSure wallet balance’, and the wallet balance can be used partially.
4. Multiple GV/GC can be combined and added to the EatSure wallet balance.
5. The wallet balance must be linked to the registered mobile number and can be automatically fetched on the EatSure app.
6. GV/GC can be used to buy discounted items on the EatSure app, but it cannot be clubbed with other aggregator offers.
7. The GV/GC cannot be transferred to another wallet account, exchanged for cash, or used for any other form of currency.
8. Rebel Foods Private Limited, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/GC or wallet balance.
9. Once purchased, the GV/GC is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
10. Lost GV/GCs will not be refunded, and expired balances cannot be revalidated.
11. If the order value exceeds the wallet balance, the remaining amount must be paid via other available payment methods.

- EatSure Gift Voucher (GV) issued by their banking partner would be accepted only on the EatSure App/Web.
- All these brands ( Ovenstory, Faasos, Wendy's, Behrouz biryani, Sweet Truth, Lunch Box & The Good Bowl) Gift voucher are acceptable at EatSure App/Web.
- EatSureGV balance can be used over multiple transactions as per any amount.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be clubbed with other aggregator offers.

Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
