Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Since these are Instant Gift Vouchers which are delivered on your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id, estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 minutes.

11.Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final
12.PVR CINEMAS shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of PVR CINEMAS, GV may not get accepted on the website and PVR CINEMAS shall have no liability for the same.
13.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours
