Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Since these are Instant Gift Vouchers which are delivered on your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id, estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 minutes.
2.The person who has the Kalyan Jewellers GV Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.

6.Valid Gift Card in its original form (Email/SMS/WhatsApp) has to be presented at the time of availing a product/service. In case of a voucher transfer, details including voucher beneficiary name, sender's name, voucher's validity, and email confirmation from sender are essential to redeem the voucher.
7.For the denomination of INR 500 and INR 1000 a maximum of 20 GV / GC can be used in one bill.

9.Beneficiary of the voucher to produce a valid Government ID proof at the time of payment.
10.As per the RBI guidelines, customer government ID proof (PAN CARD) is mandatory for orders above 2 Lakhs
11.Only the listed Kalyan Jewellers outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV. Kalyan Jewellers may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
12.More than one GV can be used in one bill.
13.This is a ONE time use GV.
14.No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given.
15.Kalyan Jewellers Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
16.Kalyan Jewellers Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can be used during sale.
17.Any dispute related to the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
