9.Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold Viacom18 responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the offer.
10.The decision of the VIPL and Viacom18 in all matters in connection with and incidental to this is final and shall be binding on all persons.
11.Any taxes, duties, levies or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.
12.Customer hereby agree to indemnify and keep Viacom18 and/or VIPL harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Viacom18 and/or VIPL as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this terms and conditions by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence, on Customer s part.
13.Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
14.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
15.Voot Select reserves the rights to edit or change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability. Voot Select has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
