1. This is an ixigo Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) and it can be redeemed only on ixigo website/app.
2. The GV/GC is valid for booking of ixigo Flights (Domestic/International) only.
3. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with existing offers on the ixigo website/app.
4. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
5. The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash.
6. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
7. GyFTR/ixigo is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
8. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/ixigo assured/ government taxes shall be applicable.
9. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be
governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of ixigo.
10. In case of cancellations, the GV/GC amount will not be refunded back to the customer.

13. Any legal disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
