Delivery is digital—typically instant—via SMS or Email, and the voucher will also be visible under My Orders. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to network or partner delays.
Q9. I didn’t receive my voucher. What do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder and your My Orderssection. If the voucher is still missing after 30 minutes, contact www.gvhelpdesk.com with your order details for assistance.

Q17. My payment was successful, but I didn’t receive a voucher.
Occasionally, banks or gateways may delay confirmations. If the voucher is not delivered within 30 minutes, reach out to support. If the transaction failed at the bank/gateway but was debited, the bank usually reverses the amount to your source account within 5–7 business days.
