Please check your Minimum Cart Value in the Promo Code SMS / E-Mail and apply the PROMO CODE accordingly.
For example, if the PROMO CODE value is INR 250 and the minimum cart value is INR 500, the customer will be able to apply the PROMO CODE only and when the Cart Value is equal to or higher than INR 500.

For example, if a PROMO CODE is of value INR 250 and the customer is buying a Voucher of INR 1000 which has 10% discount.
