Terms & Conditions

  1. The IndusInd Bank Accelerated Rewards Program is applicable to eligible IndusInd Bank Credit Cardholders.
  2. Under the Accelerated Reward Program, customers can earn Accelerated Reward Points on eligible transactions made using their IndusInd Bank Credit Cards.
  3. The number of reward points earned per transaction and the accelerated rate may vary based on the type of IndusInd Bank Credit Card held by the customer. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions applicable to your Credit Card for more details.
  4. Reward points earned through the Accelerated Rewards Program will be credited to the customer's Credit Card account in the form of points within 60 days from the date of transaction.
  5. Reward points earned through the Accelerated Rewards Program can be redeemed for a variety of options including vouchers, merchandise, gift cards, and more. Availability of redemption options may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
  6. The redemption value of Reward Points may vary depending upon the redemption option selected.
  7. Reward Points earned under the Accelerated Rewards Program are non-transferable and cannot be combined with reward points from other IndusInd Bank Credit Card programs or offers, unless explicitly mentioned.
  8. The Accelerated Rewards Program is subject to the terms and conditions of the IndusInd Bank Credit Card and the applicable laws and regulations.
  9. The eligibility, eligibility criteria and continuation of the Accelerated Rewards Program are at the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank. The Bank reserves the right to modify, alter or terminate the Accelerated Rewards Program or any part thereof without any prior notice.
  10. IndusInd Bank shall not be responsible for any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Accelerated Rewards Program, including but not limited to the quality of goods or services provided by participating merchants for redemption of Reward Points.
  11. Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and updated contact information to ensure proper communication regarding the Accelerated Rewards Program.
  12. Any misuse or fraudulent activities in connection with the Accelerated Rewards Program may result in cancellation of Reward Points and suspension or termination of the Customer's IndusInd Bank Credit Card account.
  13. By participating in the Accelerated Rewards Program, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions provided by IndusInd Bank.
  14. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of IndusInd Bank. The updated terms and conditions will be communicated through appropriate channels.
  15. In case of any dispute or discrepancy, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding.
  16. In cases where the voucher is blocked/canceled, or marked as a dispute by a user then the value of Accelerated Reward points will not be transferred to the customer's bank account. The refund amount, if applicable will only be applicable on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  17. Only Settled transactions i.e. transactions which have been successfully posted to the Cardholder's Card account will be eligible for Accelerated Reward Points under this Program.
  18. The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been Settled by the Merchant or cancelled due to any reason.
  19. Only approved undisputed transactions will be eligible for AR Program. All transactions that have been carried out under AR Program and reversed subsequently for any reason whatsoever shall not be considered for Accelerated Reward Points.
  20. The customer will not be eligible for the Accelerated Reward points, if the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time before the Credit of the Accelerated Reward Points. This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder:
    • The Credit Card is cancelled.
    • The Credit Card account is blocked by the bank due to, including but not limited to, the card account being overdrawn (the value of the transactions on the card is more than the credit limit allocated), non- payment of the outstanding as per the statement of account, internal credit and risk analysis etc.
