1. What is e-Pay code?
e- Pay code is a value coupon/digital currency that can be redeemed on e-Pay website to purchase listed Vouchers.
2. How do I redeem my e-Pay code?
- Create an Account and Sign up using your mobile number.
- Explore & Choose your favorite brands, select the brand, choose the denomination, and specify the quantity.
- Add your e-Pay codes in the e-Pay wallet.
- Select Payment Mode: Redeem Paycode + Cash
- Proceed to Checkout: Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click "Add to Cart" to continue.
- Enter Details: Provide your Name and E-Mail ID for order processing.
- Your Gift Voucher will be delivered to your Linked Mobile Number & E-Mail ID within 5 minutes.
3. How do I check my e-Pay code balance?
Once you add the e-Pay code to the account; it will automatically start appearing in the top right corner.
4. Where do I see my past transactions?
Click on “My Account Summary Page” in the menu on the top left of the page. You will see all your past transactions there.
5. What is the validity of the e-Pay code?
The validity of the e-Pay code varies from 3 to 12 months.
6. Can we redeem any brand with e-Pay code?
Yes, we have multiple options and you can redeem as many as you wish.
7. Can I use multiple e-Pay code in one purchase?
Yes, Kindly add promocodes to the wallet post that these points can be redeemed for multiple transactions for your favorite brands.
8. Where are all these Gift Vouchers accepted?
These vouchers are accepted either at listed stores, online, or in the app depending upon the Voucher type. Check the Voucher details before purchasing
9. Can I return/cancel a Gift Voucher that I have redeemed?
Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be canceled or returned.
10. My vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the Vouchers increased?
The Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
11. I've lost my Voucher SMS & E-Mail. Can I get my Voucher SMS and E-Mail again?
Yes of course! Click on “Resend my Voucher” under the "My Account" section. Enter your Linked Mobile Number and E-Mail ID and your last 5 Valid Gift Vouchers will be sent to your Mobile Number and E-Mail ID in the next 5 minutes.
