AU Small Finance Bank is not undertaking the business of online retail trading or shopping by hosting this platform. Customers are free to purchase/avail products or services from any other stores/online platforms and through any other payment mechanism.

AU Small Finance Bank is merely facilitating the discovery of discounted Gift Vouchers to its Debit Cardholders by providing this platform. By hosting the platform, AU Small Finance Bank is neither guaranteeing nor providing any warranty nor making any representation with respect to the offers made by Merchants/Brands.

AU Small Finance Bank does not endorse any Merchant/Brand or Product/Service and is not responsible for the sale, quality, features, delivery, or performance of the Products/Services offered. Any information displayed on the AU Small Finance Bank website (or the section thereof to which you may be directed) regarding the Merchant/Brand or Products/Services has not been independently verified by AU Small Finance Bank, and the Bank shall not be liable for the same.

If a Debit Cardholder chooses to purchase or avail any Product/Service under an offer, AU Small Finance Bank shall neither be a party to such transaction nor be liable for any act or omission of the Merchant/Brand or the Customer. All Product/Service-related queries and complaints shall be addressed solely by the respective Merchant/Brand.

Participation in the Offer is voluntary. Any Customer participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms governing the Customer’s account or other services offered by AU Small Finance Bank.

2. Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

“Debit Cardholder” – Any individual holding an AU Small Finance Bank eligible Debit Card.

“Campaign Period / Offer Period / Validity” – The period during which the offer is valid, as specified in the customer communication.

“Customer” – A Debit Cardholder eligible to avail discounted gift vouchers under this platform.

“Transactions” – Any purchase made onhttps://www.gyftr.com/aubank-click-2-giftusing an AU Small Finance Bank eligible Debit Card.

The Campaign Period referred to as “Offer Period” or “Validity” may be used interchangeably and shall be as mentioned in the communication received by the Customer.

3. Instant Voucher Purchase Process

2. Sign in / Sign up.
3. Select your preferred brand, denomination, and quantity, and add them to your cart.
4. On the Cart page, click “BUY NOW”.
5. A savings pop-up will display your Total Savings, Net Effective Price, and Amount Payable. Click “BUY NOW”.
6. You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Use your AU Small Finance Bank Debit Card to complete the payment.
7. Upon successful payment, the Gift Vouchers will be delivered instantly via E-mail and SMS.

4. General Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• All Gift Vouchers are valid for a minimum period ranging from 2 months to 12 months depending upon the Brand. The exact expiry date will be mentioned in the Voucher E-mail and SMS.
• Gift Vouchers must be used before the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.
• Brand-specific Terms & Conditions apply. Customers are advised to review the “Terms & Conditions” available on each Brand page.

• A Customer (combination of registered mobile number and Debit Card number) may purchase:
  • Up to INR 10,000 worth of Amazon Pay Gift Cards per calendar month.
  • Up to INR 10,000 worth of Amazon Shopping Vouchers per calendar month.
  • Up to INR 10,000 worth of Flipkart Gift Vouchers per calendar month.
  • Up to INR 25,000 worth of Tata Cliq Gift Vouchers per calendar month.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed by AU Small Finance Bank at its discretion.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), and shall be held in Jaipur in the English language. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
