1. IS THIS A PHYSICAL GIFT VOUCHER?
No this is a Digital Gift Voucher. Once voucher is successfully generated, the voucher can be view on your transaction history page.

2. CAN I SHARE MY GIFT VOUCHER WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
You can share your Gift Voucher with your friends, family, or associates. Ensure to share accurate Voucher Details.

4. HOW CAN I USE MY VOUCHER?
Not only are our vouchers delivered instantly, but they are also very easy to redeem. A voucher that can be used at a store simply needs to be presented at the cash counter at the time of billing. The voucher amount is adjusted and the remaining amount of the bill, if any, will need to be paid in cash/card. Please note that these are one-time use vouchers. To make the most of it, try using vouchers if the billing value is equal to or more than the voucher amount. For online redemptions, please visit the specific brand page and check the steps of redemption.

5. HOW CAN I CHECK THE VALIDITY OF MY VOUCHERS?
Simply log on IndianOil One App and visit your “My Vouchers” section. Select the voucher of which you want to check validity.

6. I WANT TO RETURN/CANCEL A VOUCHER I PURCHASED.
Unfortunately, these are non-returnable vouchers.

7. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY VOUCHERS YET.
That can happen occasionally due to network issues. Here is what you can do -
a. Check for the voucher under transaction history.
b. If the voucher cannot be found, please wait for an hour after you have processed your order and follow the steps above. If you do not receive your vouchers even after an hour, chat with us and we will resolve it for you.

8. My Voucher can only be used online but it says that the voucher is consumed. What should I do?
Vouchers can be used at all listed brand outlets. You can find the outlet nearest to you at the outlet locator section of the brand page

9. MY VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE USED ONLINE BUT IT SHOWS UP AS INVALID. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There are a few quick self-help checks that you should look at -

10. CAN I USE MY VOUCHERS ONLINE?
It varies from brand to brand. While brands like BookmyShow, Swiggy, Yatra etc. are only accepted online, other brands like Pantaloons, Westside, Prestige and Titan can be used at a store. Please visit the specific brand page for exact details.

11. HOW MANY TIMES CAN A VOUCHER BE USED?

12. BRAND OR DENOMINATION OF MY CHOICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The catalogue is dynamic, and brand/denominations are available on the website basis the availability of inventory. While we try our best to ensure stock availability, in the event you don't find a voucher denomination of your choice, we advise you to wait for a while and try again.

13. HOW MANY VOUCHERS CAN I USE IN ONE TRANSACTION?
This varies from brand to brand. Please visit the specific brand page for detailed information.

14. THE POINT IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT HOWEVER, THE ORDER IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.
THE ORDER IS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Do not worry! Your points are safe. In such instances, the orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If we have received the point and the order does not get processed, the points are reversed back to your account within 3-5 working days.

15. CAN THE VALIDITY OF E-VOUCHERS BE EXTENDED?
No, the validity of E-Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the issuance/delivery date.
