1.1 This offer is open to legal residents of India holding an active SimplyCLICK SBI Credit Card. Participation is voluntary.
1.2 Full payment for any Gift Voucher (“GV”) must be made using the SimplyCLICK SBI Credit Card. Transactions funded wholly or partly by any other payment instrument are ineligible for voucher-linked benefits.
1.3 Every successful voucher purchase can earn up to 10X Reward Points, subject to the partner-brand/MID and acquirer-flag conditions laid down in Section I.
2.1 GVs carry a validity of a minimum of three (3) months and up to twelve (12) months, brand-specific. The exact expiry date appears on the voucher e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp.
2.2 Vouchers are delivered instantly in electronic form; no physical card is issued.
3.1 Brand-level terms and conditions are binding; refer to the “TERMS & CONDITIONS” tab on each brand page before purchase or redemption.
3.2 Unless brand terms state otherwise, each voucher is single-use; any unutilised balance stands forfeited.
3.3 Only valid, unexpired vouchers will be honoured by the issuing merchant.
4.1 Once bought, GVs cannot be blocked, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
4.2 Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.
5.1 Only one SBI Credit Card may be linked to a single mobile number on the platform; non-compliance may trigger payment-gateway restrictions.
6.1 SBI Card bears no responsibility for product or order-fulfilment issues; such queries must be directed to GyFTR and/or the merchant brand.
6.2 Any dispute relating to voucher quality, suitability, or merchantability lies solely between the voucher holder and the issuing brand.
6.3 Neither SBI Card nor GyFTR shall be liable for delay, non-delivery, deficiency, or unsatisfactory service.
7.1 All applicable taxes, duties, surcharges, and fees displayed at checkout are payable by the cardholder.
8.1 SBI Card and/or GyFTR may add, alter, modify, change, vary, extend, or withdraw this offer—or any part of these Terms—without prior notice.
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.2 Lost or deleted vouchers can be re-sent to the registered e-mail or WhatsApp upon request via the above channels.
11.1 GyFTR reserves the right to cancel any voucher(s) and/or forfeit Reward Points if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected. GyFTR’s decision shall be final and binding.
12.1 If a voucher transaction is voided, cancelled, or refunded for any reason, the corresponding Reward Points credited (including accelerated points, if any) will be reversed.
13.1 Benefits under this programme cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or discount unless explicitly permitted on the checkout page.
14.1 GyFTR and SBI Card shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural calamities, system failures, network outages, or government regulations.
15.1 By transacting on the platform, the customer consents to GyFTR’s use of personal information for order fulfilment, programme administration, and limited marketing communication in accordance with the GyFTR Privacy Policy available on the website.
16.1 Participation in this programme does not amend, supersede, or vary the terms of the Cardmember Agreement executed between the customer and SBI Card.
a. 10X Reward Points are applicable only when payment is done in INR (Indian Rupee) using SimplyCLICK SBI Card.
b. Transactions done using SimplyCLICK SBI Card will start accruing 10X Reward Points from effective date, as stated below.
c. Crediting of 10X reward points is dependent on merchant network acceptability and on Merchant Identifiers (MIDs) which is to be provided by exclusive partner brand to SBI Card (i.e., ‘Issuer). If the partner fails to provide the updated list of eligible MIDs to SBI Card by the time a transaction is done using the SimplyCLICK SBI Card, then rewards due to customer may not accrue till such date that correct MIDs are duly approved & provided by partner brand to SBI Card.
d. Eligible online transactions are dependent on acquirers providing the correct online flag/identifier to the Issuer (SBI Card), which is laid out as per the rules defined by the network (VISA, MasterCard etc.). If the acquirer sends an incorrect identifier/flag for online transactions, then Issuer will not be held liable to give accelerated Reward Points for such transactions on SimplyCLICK Card.
e. Transactions done on Partner brands using SimplyCLICK SBI Card will start accruing 10X Reward Points from effective date, However, identification of eligible & non-eligible transactions for the purpose of Rewards in certain cases shall be done by SBICPSL on a best effort basis.
