What is PAYBACK Voucher World?
PAYBACK Voucher World is a part of PAYBACK’s Loyalty Initiative for all PAYBACK customers. At Payback Voucher World, you can redeem your PAYBACK Points against the Instant Gift Vouchers of 125+ Brands across categories like Apparel, Electronics, E-com, Travel, Home needs and more.
The section allows you not only to redeem points but also earn points, get deals, discounts and more.
What does the term Instant mean?
The term Instant means that you will get your Voucher within minutes on your Linked Mobile Number / E-Mail Id. No Physical Voucher is required or couriered.
How do I redeem my PAYBACK Points?
How do I reset my PAYBACK PIN?
Click on Login on the top-right corner. Click on Forget PIN. Enter your PAYBACK Card Number / Linked Mobile Number and Submit. Your new PAYBACK PIN will be sent to your Linked Mobile Number instantly.
How can I check my PAYBACK Points Balance?
You need to Login for knowing your PAYBACK Points Balance. Click on the Show Points Floating Red Button on the bottom-right corner. Enter your PAYBACK Card Number / Linked Mobile Number and PAYBACK PIN and click on Login. Your PAYBACK Points will then appear on that red button.
Where do I see my past transactions?
Click on “My Transactions” in the menu on the top right of the page. You will see all your past transactions there.
You also have options to check voucher status and resend vouchers to yourself on your linked mobile no and email in the same menu.
What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
The validity of each Gift Voucher varies from brand to brand and can be between 3 months and 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to your Voucher Email or SMS.
Where are all these Gift Vouchers accepted?
These vouchers are accepted either at retail stores or online depending upon the voucher type. For example, Amazon, Dominos Online are accepted online. You just need to enter the voucher code at the payment stage to use your voucher to pay the bill.
All retail vouchers such as Levis, Marks & Spencer, Lifestyle, Benetton, Mainland China etc get accepted at retail stores. Some vouchers like Shoppers Stop and Archies get accepted both online and at the retail stores. You just need to show the voucher code in email or SMS to the cashier to use the voucher against your bill.
While our attempt is to ensure that all the outlets should accept the vouchers but due to some business / technical reasons, a few Brand Outlets may not be able to accept the vouchers. Check the Outlet from the Outlet Locator at all the Brand Pages to know which all outlets accept the vouchers.
Where can I locate the outlet?
Vouchers can be used at all listed outlets. You can find the outlet nearest to you at the outlet locator section of the brand page on https://www.gyftr.com/payback/
What’s more! You can also forward the address and phone number to your email ID and phone number.
Can I return/cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
Regret that it is not possible. Gift Voucher once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
My vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers increased?
Regret that it is not possible. The Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
I’ve lost my Voucher SMS & E-Mail. Can I get my Voucher SMS and E-Mail again?
Yes of course! Click on “Resend my Voucher” under the Customer Care section on the top-right corner. Enter your Linked Mobile Number and E-Mail Id and your last 5 Valid Gift Vouchers will be sent to your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id in next 5 minutes. Alternately, you may also call at 1800-103-3315 or write to help.payback@GyFTR.com and our Agents will be happy to assist you.
Can I know the status of my Gift Vouchers?
Yes of course! You will have to Login into your PAYBACK Account to know the status of your Gift Vouchers. Login to your Account by using your PAYBACK Card Number / Linked Mobile Number and PAYBACK PIN. Click on your “Check My Voucher Status” under the Card Number tab on the top-right corner. Enter your Voucher Number and click on CHECK NOW! Alternately, you may also call at 1800-103-3315 or write to help.payback@GyFTR.com and our Agents will be happy to assist you.
I am at the store and the cashier is not accepting the voucher.
Do not worry! Simply call us at 1800-103-3315 and we will resolve it for you.
I have received the voucher. Can I give it to someone else?
Of course, you can! Simply forward the voucher SMS and Email to whom you want to give the voucher to.
My voucher can only be used online but it shows up as invalid. What should I do?
There are a few quick self-help checks that you should look at -

- If the steps are correct and the error is invalid voucher code, please reach out to the helpline number of the brand.

My voucher expired during COVID-19 lockdown. How do I use it now?
Do not worry! We have you covered. Here is what you should do –
For Book My Show vouchers – please click here and enter your details. BMS will update the validity of your vouchers within 7 days.
For Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Max & Westside, please visit the customer service desk of the nearest outlet and they will extend the validity of your vouchers.
For Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ferns & Petals, please contact the customer service team of these brands and they will be able to assist you with the extension of validity.
For any other brand apart from the ones listed above, please reach out to us at help.payback@GyFTR.com and our team will assist you with the validity extension.
My vouchers are expired, what should I do?
The emphasis is always on redeeming the vouchers during the validity period. Extension of validity is not possible.
Can I use my vouchers online?
It varies from brand to brand. While brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc. are only accepted online, other brands like Bata, Pantaloons and Prestige that can be used both online and at a store. Please visit the brand page on www.gyftr.com/payback for exact details.
I want to club my multiple vouchers into one. What should I do?
This is possible in certain circumstances. Please visit https://www.gyftr.com/payback/contact-us and enter your details. Simply select the brand name, choose ‘Request’ under Purpose and check if the ‘detailed out’ section gives an option of “I want to club my GVs”. If the brand of your choice allows clubbing of vouchers, you can raise a request there and we will quickly resolve that for you.
How many times can a voucher be used?
Per se, most of our vouchers are one-time use. please refer to the terms and conditions on the brand page at https://www.gyftr.com/payback/ for detailed information.
Brand or Denomination of my choice is not available. What should I do?
The catalogue is dynamic, and brand/denominations are available on the website basis the availability of inventory. While we try our best to ensure stock availability, in the event you don’t find a voucher denomination of your choice, we advise you to wait for a while and try again. Usually, we can restock within 48 hours.
Is there a physical voucher?
That is the beauty of our vouchers. The one thing that no one forgets when they go out is their phones and these instant vouchers are always handy with you in your SMSs. Since there is no need to carry any additional physical gift card, no physical voucher is issued.

I am getting the error “Transaction Failed due to Risk”. Why is that and what should I do?
This essentially means that your transactions are following a pattern that is not in line with our internal risk assessment. Unfortunately, you would not be able to use this card for future purchases with us. We regret the inconvenience.
The amount is debited from my account, however, the order is not successful.
Do not worry! Your money is safe. In such instances, the orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If we have received the amount and the order does not get processed, the amount is reversed back to your account within 3-5 working days.
I have not received my vouchers yet.

How can I check the status of my vouchers?
Simply log on to https://www.gyftr.com/payback/ and enter your voucher number on the voucher details section on top of the page. You will be able to see the voucher details like balance and expiration date. If the voucher is already used, it will show up as consumed.
I have lost my voucher SMS/email. What should I do?
We have you covered here! Simply give a missed call on 8510-830-830 and the last 5 vouchers issued to you will be resent to your number. Alternatively, visit https://www.gyftr.com/payback/contact-us and use the ‘Resend my Voucher’ section of this page.
I want to return/cancel a voucher I purchased.
Unfortunately, these are non-returnable vouchers.
How can I use my voucher?
Not only are our vouchers delivered instantly, they are also very easy to redeem. A voucher that can be used at a store simply needs to be presented at the cash counter at the time of billing. The voucher amount is adjusted and the remaining amount of bill, if any, will need to be paid in cash/card. Please note that these are one-time use vouchers. To make the most of it, try using vouchers if the billing value is equal to or more than the voucher amount.
