2.Gift Voucher is not applicable on the Melorra app and at Experience Centres.

4.Melorra Gold Coin Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.
5.Melorra Gold Jewellery Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.
6.Melorra Diamond Jewellery Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.
7.More than one GV can be used in one bill.
8.Partial usage of gift voucher(s) is allowed till the expiry.
9.No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given if expired.
10.Melorra Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired.
11.This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.
12.If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the balance is non-refundable but can be used for the next purchase.
13.No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher(s).
14.If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon Code, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
