2.The person who has the HomeStop GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is valid for a period of 1 year from its date of issue.
4.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is not valid for purchase of mobiles, mobile phone accessories, cameras, MP3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K gold jewelry & gold coins
5.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for an E-Gift voucher/Gift Card.
6.Redeemable for merchandise at HomeStop, Shoppers Stop Store, Shoppers Stop online @ www.shoppersstop.com, Mother care* (*Operated by Shoppers Stop Limited) MAC Stores, Bobby Brown Stores, Clinique Stores & Estee Lauder Store across India
7.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) cannot be exchanged for smaller E-Gift voucher denominations.
8.Once used, E-Gift voucher cannot be reloaded.
9.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) can be partly redeemed on the Shoppers Stop.com /App & the balance will continue to remain against the E-Gift voucher number.
10.HomeStop Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) can be partly utilized at Shoppers Stop Stores and the balance will be issued to the customers as a CN (Credit note).
11.If the E-Gift voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new E-Gift voucher be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate E-Gift voucher will not be issued.
12.If the invoice value is greater than the E-Gift voucher value, the customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card as the case may be.
13.Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this E-Gift voucher. The holder of the E-Gift voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E-Gift voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
