Q. What does the term "Instant" means?
A.The term "Instant" means that you will get your Gift Voucher within minutes on your mobile number and email ID. No physical voucher is required or is provided.

Q. How do I buy Gift Vouchers?
A.Please follow the below-mentioned steps to buy Gift Vouchers from your favourite brands:

  • Login to your account using your mobile number and email ID.
  • Open the brand page of your choice.
  • Select the denomination and quantity of the voucher.
  • Agree to "Terms & Conditions" and click on "Buy Now" if you wish to checkout.
  • In case you wish to continue shopping, keep exploring through your favorite brands, and keep adding the Vouchers. Click on "View Cart" to see the brands you have added to your cart. You can checkout from either the brand page or the cart page.
  • Your mobile number and email ID for the voucher delivery will be auto-filled (based on the ones you have used to login). In case you wish to send the voucher to someone else, you can change the details on the cart page.
  • Make the payment using your Axis Bank Credit Card or Debit Card.
  • That's it! You will instantly receive the Gift Vouchers of the chosen brand(s) on your mobile number and email ID.

Q. Where do I see my past transactions?
A.Login to your Account and click on "My Transactions" to check all your past transactions. You can also resend vouchers to yourself on your mobile number and email ID.

Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A.The validity of each Gift Voucher varies from brand to brand and can be between 3 months to 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to your Voucher Email or SMS.

Q. Where are all these Gift Vouchers accepted?
A.These Gift Vouchers are accepted either at retail stores or online depending upon the brand. For example, BookMyShow, Myntra, Yatra, MakeMyTrip, Biba, Jockey, PVR, Ola, Uber, etc. are accepted online. You need to enter the voucher code at the payment stage to use your voucher to pay the bill.
All retail vouchers such as More, Spencer's Retail, Woodland, Levi's, Jack & Jones, United Colors of Benetton, The Raymond Shop, Lifestyle, Westside, Mainland China, etc. are accepted at retail stores. You just need to show the voucher code in Email or SMS to the cashier to use the voucher against your bill. Some vouchers like Shoppers Stop, Prestige, Bata, Croma, Archies, etc. are accepted online and at the retail stores.
While we attempt to ensure that all the outlets should accept the vouchers but due to some business / technical reasons, a few Brand Outlets may not accept the vouchers. Use the Outlet Locator present on the brand page to know which all outlets accept the vouchers.

Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A.We regret that it is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed / bought cannot be cancelled or returned.

Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A.We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

Q. I've lost my Voucher SMS / E-Mail. Can I get my Voucher SMS / E-Mail again?

A.No, there is no capping to any EDGE REWARD Points that you earn. You either get 10X or 5X Bonus Points depending upon the brand you chose.

Q. What Bonus Points will I be earning on each brand?
A.10XEDGE REWARDPoints can be earned on 100+ Brands with zero capping. 5X EDGE REWARD Points can be earned on 10 Brands (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Mobile Recharge, Big Bazaar, More, Spencer's Retail, Uber, Ola, Grofers) with zero capping.

Q. Is the Offer just valid on Credit Card and Debit Card transactions?
A.Yes, the offer is valid only on AXIS Bank Credit and Debit Cards and not valid on NetBanking, Commercial Cards, Cash / Card on Delivery, EMI, Corporate Cards.
