1.This is a BB Star Membership Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would only be accepted at Big Basket mobile website i.e. https://www.bigbasket.com/bbstar and Bigbasket APP and not on any other products/services.
2.On Bigbasket app, please go to the bbstar Membership page and click ‘Join Now’ to apply voucher code in the given space.
3.BB Star Membership code cannot be used during checkout for any order
4.Offer not valid for existing bbstar members
5.BB Star Membership voucher cannot be used to extend the validity of existing bbstar membership.
6.BB Star Membership voucher can be redeemed only on BigBasket app and m-site. Not valid on website.
7.The person who has the BB Star Membership GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
8.Bigbasket is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
9.Only One GV / GC can be used to avail benefits for BB Star Membership.
10.This is a One-time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
11.No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
12.BB Star Membership code is valid for one-time activation of bbstar membership of 6 months.
13.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
14.BB Star Membership GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
15.If BB Star Membership GV / GC is purchased in a city not mentioned in T&C, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
16.Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
17.Entire gift card amount will be redeemed to bb wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
18.Bigbasket shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Bigbasket, GV / GC may not get accepted and Bigbasket shall have no liability for the same.
19.Offer valid in all cities where BigBasket has its presence
20.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.

24.Bigbasket reserves the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
25.Bigbasket reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
26.In no event the liability of Bigbasket for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.
