1.This is a Bata Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and would be accepted at the listed stores.
2.The holder of the Bata GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
4.Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
5.Only valid Bata GVs/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Bata, shall be accepted for redemption.
6.The Bata e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7.Locate & visit the nearest outlet accepting Bata GV/e-Pay using the outlet locator. Select the desired products/services. Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier. The cashier will confirm the available GV s/e-Pay balance. Confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further with the balance payment, if any. The cashier will proceed with the invoicing.
8.The Bata e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
9.The Bata GV/e-Pay can be used for eligible purchases of products and services at Bata stores.
10.Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
11.The validity of the e-Pay shall match that of the GV from which it was converted.
12.Bata, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13.Bata GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
14.Bata makes full efforts to accept Bata GV/e-Pay but technical or administrative reasons may lead to an outlet refusing to accept e-Pay.
15.Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
16.Bata, GyFTR, or any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
17.In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Bata GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
18.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Bata GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company s decision shall be final.
19.Bata or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Bata GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
20.Bata or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Bata GV/e-Pay at any time.
